Meet the Therapist

FOUNDER OF THE RESET ROOM COUNSELING & COACHING, LLC

Nakia Wilder, LCSW

I’m Nakia Wilder, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia with over 12 years of experience walking alongside individuals, children, and families through life’s challenges. I hold a master’s degree in social work and a second Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, allowing me to support clients through both individual and relational healing.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across diverse settings, always leading with a strengths-based approach—helping clients uncover the resilience and power they already hold. I specialize in supporting those navigating grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, and couples counseling.

My therapeutic style is integrative, drawing from:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Solution-Focused Therapy

  • Client-Centered Therapy

  • Mindfulness-Based Techniques

At the heart of my practice is a deep desire to be “that one person on the other side of the desk who truly gets it”—someone who sees not just the struggle, but also the beauty, resilience, and possibility that life offers.

The Reset Room was created as a safe, welcoming space where you can Reset, Refresh, and Refocus—at your own pace and in your own way. It is an honor to support you as you regain your footing, restore your sense of peace, and move forward with confidence.

I look forward to walking this journey with you.
